Green Algae on Glass

Well, algae needs to feed to be able to grow...And Algae feeds of nutrients like phosphates, nitrates, too much light, over feeding...

Can you post you water perameters so we can have a look at them? What is your lighting schedule, what wate do you use..Tap or RO water?

Sorry for the questions, just after getting the bigger picture mate..

I just checked them all this morning.

Phosphates-0
Nitrates-5.0
PH-8.3
amm-0
nitrite-0
And like I said before I really dont get any natural sunlight on the tank.
The only thing Ive added to the tank is dosing for calcium using oceans blend 2 part. Ive been doing that for about 2 weeks trying to get my calcium level up.

I run my lights 9 hrs a day. Coralife Compact Flor. 2 65w actinic 2 65w daylight flor.
I have been feeding everyday(formula 2), so maybe I should just cut back on the feeding and see how that goes. Maybe to every other day.
All my water is from the LFS that is RO/DI water. I use it on all my water changes and top offs.
