If you had a good seeding of bacteria, you should have seen an immediate decrease in ammonia. Sounds like the bacteria were never there or didn't survive. Your tank will cycle fishlessly with or without a seeding, but (as you're seeing) unseeded tanks take a while to cycle.

What is pH and KH

Do test the pH and kH if you can to be sure the tank pH has not crashed.

And it was from Freshwater tanks, right?
