Well I currently have 1.3 wpg but want to get it up to 2wpg dont know if that is at medium point or not

I want to grow some anubias, java ferns, crypts, african ferns, and maybe some vals is 1.3 wpg okay or will i need to go with the 2 wpg?
Oh yeah and will I need to use ferts? I am currently using flourish...to see if it would help the plants but it has not done much....If i do go with the 2wpg will it help the plants i want to grow become nicer bigger or should I just stick with the 1.3 wpg I already have?
At that low light you cant really expect to see the plants blow up with lush growth in just a few days.. even a few weeks wont be enough. At 1.3wpg i would dose flourish one time a week and very discretely.
If you up to 2wpg your anubias, moss, ferns, crypts will still be similar to how they were before because they are low light plants. Though they might look healthier under the higher lighting.
Good healthy plant growth in a medium light tank consists of a balance between co2 ferts and lights. Balance each properly and you will get good results.
you can get away with just dosing regular flourish.
once a week with 1.3wpg
twice a week with 2wpg (one time day after water change, 2nd time day before water change)
Then see how your plants do, if you notice a deficiency then consider trying NPK/iron
yeah one of the anubias that i have is kinda yellowish. does that mean that there's a deficiency?
