Green phantom. All he does is hide....

Is that all they do? He hides in one of my caves all day and night and I get scared he's gonna starve or somthin.

i own 5 wildcaught l200 plecos, 3F/2M

the male stay in their caves most the time,the females are sometimes out and about.


other than that plecos are nocturnal, they come out to eat and do stuff at night

Sounds like normal pleco behavior to me. Do you have lots of cover, caves and shelter? As long as you are providing food at night and it's getting eaten, I wouldn't be worried.

yep, just be sure to provide some algae wafers or blanched veggies after lights out and all should be good.

I put in the goodies when I turn out the lights and they are always gone by morning.
