Green Star polyps went MIA?

Okay I got the Maxi Jets 600s this is how I placed them:

One is pointing down towards the middle and the other one opposite pointing up towards the middle, is that ok? I also moved the the rock with the star polyps but they have not come out :( you can see it in this picture better the purple rock on the right buy the Tonga branch.

is it a waiting game now? its been like a month since I last saw this ones but the frags that I took from here are looking good.
 
yes your star polyps will kick back better each day if not they may require more direct flow
the power head you have low down why not have it the same height as the other but on the op side of tank pointing in the same direction as the other one then the water will meet in the middle bottom of your tank giving a lot of movement within the tank
 
Can you elaborate on that sapgranth, so I should have them both on the same side pointing the same direction? downwards?
