Green Water - Diatom Filter

I have tried blackouts on my 29 gallon fw planted tank, but the GW doesn't quite want to go away.

I was hoping that someone within the Philadelphia, South Jersey, or Delaware areas would have a Diatom Filter that they could rent or lend to me for use on my tank.

I would be happy to compensate reasonable for the favor...I can't go through the expense of buying one, but would want to use it this time only.

A one time use only? A diatom filter is a nice addition, even if only used ocassionally...
