Grins' 55g Reef

Congrats, Grins! Cute lil fella.

I have the opposite worries as you. My BTA is HUGE and my clowns are tiny. They're actually scared to nessle too far inside, and usually hang out under the tentacles, rather than inside the nem.

You have a beautiful tank!I love the pink and purple coralline on your rocks. that patch of red velvet looking stuff is really cool too.

My goby has actually been coming out more since LaVerne got banished. But I'm feeling so sorry for her down in the sump.. She just stares out the plexiglass and swishes her tail back and forth like I'll be good I promise.. Wish I could trust that swish.. :(

I'd say poor LaVerne but a little bird told me she is already back in the display. Don't be telling me I'm the pushover here. :raspberry:

I don't really care if the rbta ever becomes the host for mine or not. Well I care while it is small of course but I got it for me rather than the clowns. However, upside of them being hosted by it would be them staying still long enough to snap a darn photo. Have you ever considered a porcelain crab? It might be brave enough to go inside the tentacles. Of course it may chase the clowns away as well.

Thanks, I love the dark red coraline too. Helps to get rocks from different locations as well as have areas of intense light and some shaded areas. Doing that you'll get a nice mix of coraline colors.

Clowns in a BTA is the coolest thing, Grins. You say that now, but once they go in and start nuzzling around and being all weird and happy...well, you'll wonder how you lived without it!
