GroLux vs. Sunstick

Which is better for a planted aquarium, grolux, sunstick, or one of each?

Does anyone have any experience with either or both of these bulbs?

Is grolux the Salvinia plant grow one? Either way, it's probably just as purple. Right now I've got one each daylight and one Salvinia plant fluo. tubes. They balance each other nicely. The plant bulb types tend not to appear very bright to our eyes, and certainly you wouldn't want to look into a dim, purple aquarium. If you're going with a plant gro tube, combine it with a daylight one.

I think powerglos and aquaglos are amazing for growing plants. Aqua-glos also make the fish look good. See if you can find them cheap at places like wal-mart.
