Guess what i found yesterday.....

so i figure my vintage tank from what i believe is the 70's will house my endlers, which were 're-discovered' in the 70's.

now i just need to find some mini, aquarium safe, disco decor! hahaha.
 
hmmmm.... i'm liking the blue airstone one...... (BFM is aquascheming.....). lol.

so does anyone have suggestions on how to get it resealed? there's that black tar stuff holding the chrome on, how the heck am i gonna get that off or do i even have to? can i just get the silicone off the inside and just redo the silicone without worrying about the tar?
 
i'd say the tank weighs close to 40 pounds or so. i'd put it on the bathroom scale if i had one, lol.
