Hey, just a couple questions to start off,

Have you had your tank long?
Do you know what your tank parameters are (pH, Ammonia, Nitrites, nitirates)?
Do you have male or female guppies?

This may help us figure out whats wrong.

have 4males and 9females. My tank is brand new. and the other questions im not sure

If the tank if brand new then it might be going through whats called cycling. This is where the tank is establishing itself and the good bacteria is growing. You fish might be dying from the stress of cycling or from ammonia and nitrite poisoning. I would check out the stickies on cycling a tank. They have alot of good information. I would also recommend buying a test kit. Not a strip test kit because those are inaccurate but a liquid test kit. This lets you know how your tank is cycling.

guppies

thanks for the help but why arent my 7platyes dying though

Maybe your platies are dying, though you can't see it yet.

Please please please go to your local fish store and get test kits for ammonia and nitrite. Test every day for this new tank and do partial water changes if either amount is >0 on the tests.

Maybe your great white octopus manatee turtle is climbing into their tank and eating them.

everything is ok. they are all alive after all.

they were resting on teh bottom but are not now.

the guppies are ok and the platys are ok and everything else to.
