Thanks all. I did purchase some anti-parasite food, but I'm finding that the larger guppies just don't seem interested. And the pieces are too large for the week old fry even when I smashed them down with a sledge hammer. So, more than likely, I'll run out and get some Parasite Clear tomorrow.
But, if I understand correctly, there isn't the worry of parasites just swimming around in the tank, is there? So, I wouldn't need to treat the tank itself if they consume the medicated food i.e. they are not going to pick it back up from the water after they are internally cured?
After researching, my best guess is hexamita. The poop looks like a picture I saw and I have not added any new fish. It's solely my originals I got last summer and their offspring. However, I did have a lot of organic junk, old food, etc under the gravel.
