You might get better results googling for 'gonopodium' vs. 'Guppy's Junk'.

If you search hard enough, you'll find out that they have hooks in the end too.

Finally, some livebearers have left and right handed ones too... Like the Anableps Anableps (4-eyed fish)

In spite of earlier comments, for me it was easier to just wait and look for the gravid spots and the overall coloring. Not saying earlier comment weren't correct, just I had little luck and did much better by the ways I mentioned.
