hi! I am a guppy fan, as stated above. I am always looking for a local breeder and will take any suggestions regarding keeping them alive! I'm from Iowa, obviously, Iowa City, specifically. Sometimes we have fish shows around here and I seem to find out about it too late. So I someone sees that there's a show in Iowa, please let me know.
It's a pleasure to be a part of this group. One of my first jobs was in a drugstore where I took care of about 30 tanks. I had a "hospital" in the basement where I did my experiments to try to keep some sick ones alive. I discovered that pure aspirin tabs, 1 per 10 gals, helped cure fin and tail rot. The pharmacist bottled it for me, and we sold alot of them.
I am also a cat, dog, horse and miniature horse fan. I have at least one of each of those. My mini mare is due to foal any day now. The foal should be about 10" tall!
Does anybody know a safe place to email guys in Iraq? I'd like to become a penpal but don't want to find some freak who'll stalk me for 10 yrs.
