Ok, i have about.... at least 10 guppy fry in a breeder net. How long can they stay in a breeder net? They have been in there for one week.

well you know it is safe to put the fry in after the are bigger than you biggest fish's mouth. please post your tank specs.
your stock
and tank size

Mo_loves_fish is right, but they might not have grown very much since they've been kept in a fish net...guppies take a little while to grow..the bigger the tank they are in, the faster they will grow. Next time you should just put them in a seperate tank maybe..Or what works for me is getting a tank divider they are only around 3-5 $ and you just put it in the tank with the other fish but it seperates them from the big fish. (You can make the division side as big or small as you want) So the big fish can't get to the babies and the babies can't escape..but it provides more space for growth better than a fish net.

They should only be kept in a fish net for about 2-3 days maximum.

What size tank do you have? And what are all the fish?

And you could also just put some java moss, java fern, or hornwort live plants in your tank..It gives the fry a good hiding place if the bigger fish chase them, and they will eat the nutrients the plants provide which is good for the growth and health!

Those are very good suggestions. I never had good luck getting fry to grow in a breeding contraption. They are good for catching the fry, but it doesn't seem to be the best inviornment for growing them out. I have java moss now. :)
