Halloween only means time for these people in my town to start showing ther behinds more than usual. So far they have broken the store front windows out of a nail shop, busted windows out of vehicles (not mine) and just last night I had EVERY political sign stolen out of my yard. SIGH....What happened to halloween being fun?

Yeah, why do people feel they can act like idiots on Halloween? Also girls feel this gives them license to dress scantily as well. I guess I can't talk to much, mine is awfully short this year! Course I didn't think it would be that short but it barley goes past my behind and the shorts (if you can call them that) are so small that I had to buy something else to go with it.
