Last night I came out to shut one of our lights off in the living room and I looked over to see an unfamiliar blob on the front of the 55. I already knew I had tons of MTS but this wasn't long enough and seemed to be bigger blob attached to the tank. Here's what I found!

Apparently the cory wanted to be pictured too. Anybody have any ideas from this poor quality picture what kind of snail this is? I'm actually thinking it came in on my java fern and I'm hoping I brought in eggs so I have several instead of just 1. I'm so excited. :thm::dance::headbang2:

Not football shaped. If it's just a pond snail I'll be less happy. But I am still glad to have more variety. I'm cool with it though cause I'm already thinking about getting a puffer tank cause I love those things.

Looks like a pond snail. If you want to keep them interesting, when you start to get a bunch of pond snails invading your tanks, start seperating some of the darker ones, then seperate lighter ones. You should end up with pinks and blacks as well as normal brown ones. :)
