tis bubble algae.. it will infest the tank if a bubble burst.. the bubble juice inside sends out million of spores..

ways to get rid of it are to roll it off and hope not to pop it.. dry them out, soak them in freshwater, boiling water and other ways...

yes its blurry the best i could get. but i dont think its algea algea isnt hard and shinny
