The fish got stuck into my driftwood, headfirst and couldnt get out. Man, and I took out the driftwood now to avoid these problems. I wanted to know if these fish were jumpers too. I'm very disappointed that they died like this. Hope it wont happen again.

Is it possible he died and the current pushed him into the driftwood? Fish aren't known for swimming headfirst into driftwood like that (well, maybe loaches). I haven't ever had any jump out on me but only had them for a short while.

Good water quality keep most fish from jumping. Only fish known for catching things liek flies are good jumpers (Hatchet fish, Buttery Cichlids)

He was stuck in there good. He was hard to pull out, I tried to wiggle him out at first but then he didnt come out and then i had to grab him from underneath. He was budged in there.
