Has anybody bought fish from Drfostersmith?

If anybody here has ever bought fish from
Drfostersmith's site "liveaquaria.com.
if so were you satisfied?

I have ordered from them and was satisfied.

I needed Ottos for my planted tank, and of coarse that was the first week ever that all the fish shops around here were out of them! Anyways, they have a minimum order of (I think)$30, or maybe it was $20 worth of fish. I ended up adding 6 Neons to the order of 4 Ottos. Ordered on Sunday night.....LATE! and I had my fish waiting at home for me (with wife) Tuesday evening when I got off work. I found them to be very well packaged and in a decent amount of water. The package also came with detailed acclimation instructions.

I ended up losing one Neon the next evening, then another two days after that (day three). After about 2 weeks I had one of the Neons die after swimming around with his head pointed up for several days. They refunded me for the first two (since they died within the 10 day grace period). All in all Neons are notorious for not acclimating to new aquariums well. My tank had only been set up for about two weeks when I added them.......so that's not bad.
I have since added some more Neons and everyone is doing great! My Ottos have done very well since being added and I haven't lost one yet!

I would say they are a professional company and I would order from them again. Their customer service has been great (both for supplies and from "Live Aquaria" departments.
