A fungus infection usually means theres a bigger problem going on. How are your water parameters and what size is the tank and filter?

I have a loaded tank and I have been trying to clean out the tank from fungus, doing water changes and Vac.
The fungus from what I see is not on the fish, but in the tank and I know you can't get rid of it completely, because it is always there.
It seems to me when I was away on vacation the fish was overfed.
yes, i understand that it would be nice for me to just take everything out and clean everything.
Can't do a total cleaning because of the fish, all the tanks are full, trying not to stress out the fish too much
I was hoping that this natural product could help.

I am not sure whether adding medication used to treat fish will take care of the fungus not on the fish themselves.
