hatching Killifish eggs

Now, I just wonder exactly how long these eggs will take to get to me, considering they are coming from Thailand!!!

Difficult to be sure, but I have had a number of items reach my via regular post from the UK in under a week. When I ordered the killie eggs from BC, they were here in about 3 days.

Do you happen to have this guys email addy?? I would like to email him and maybe get some more eggs (depending on what kind of luck I have with these eggs I get from Thailand!).

I don't keep killies (rainbowfish, natch), but I thought/read that killie fry, like bows, were feed vinegars eels and not micro cultures? FWIK both bows and killies are fry raised the same way and I'm curious as to what differences there may be.

I raise my fry on eels -- they don't sink and can live for a few days in the tank -- then move them to BBS. My parva has outgrown the BBS for the most part now and are eating GP Larval Diet 200-500 micron now.

Yes, vinegar eels work too, but are more of a pain to culture, and cultures can be harder to come by (especially where itvilcu lives). I do not like BBS, as they are nutritionally inferior.....grindal worms work for larger fry, and infusoria I find are usually a bit smallish.
