Like the title says! Here are pics of my 15 yr old Pit Mix, named "Dog" (she reminded me of the Aussie Cattle Dog in "The Road Warrior") and my 5 month old Anatolian Shepherd, "Washington" ( he's from working stock guarding goats in Washington state and he was born on Feb 22. What else could I name him?)

DOH! Hit submit by mistake! here are the pics!

My dog is cuter than your dog. :)

My dog's bowel movements are bigger than your dog!:raspberry:

That's a very nice looking Anatolian. I had 6 Pyrenees and several Akbash until they all died of cancer or old age. I've got 14 dogs now. People always look at me like I'm nuts for having so many dogs so I always feel the need to explain that I did Rescue for 20 yrs, that's how I've ended up with so many dogs. I can't ever do anything in moderation-drives me nuts. I don't just have 2 dogs, I have 14. I don't just have a few fish tanks, I have 20.
Here's some of my favorite dogs that I have now.

SubRosa, your pit mix is just crazy. I love those ears.

ZAffy, that mohawk is a riot. I've groomed dogs for over 20 years and I've never had anyone want me to do that to a schnauzer type dog. It's cute.

Ksane, I get the rescue thing. It sucks that there is a need for rescue work. You have a nice batch of dogs!

Here's our old guy. He's a bearded collie and originally a stray, then placed in a rescue group foster home, adopted to a home where the owner developed health issues and placed with me. I totally fell in love with this dog. He's about 14 or so and I don't think we'll have him much longer.

"Dog" was a rescue as well. She was for sale in a store I worked at, but didn't sell. At 6 mos. she came down with demodexic mange and the owner told the vet to put her down. The vet knew I had developed a relationship with her so he told me what was up and I ended up taking her home and treating her. She's been a great dog! Even at 15 she can still jump 2' off the ground, grab a rope and hang! But now she gets tired before I do!

What a great story. I'm glad you took her. Do you have any more pictures?

I just love the funky mixed breed dogs. Anyone can have a rottweiler. But those craxy wirey haired funky mutts turn my head every time! I love the "unique" ones.
