Hello Friends,

Now its out of my tank, i cleanup my tank now its in a bottle who can it survive better and what can i do with it??

hello - sorry you are having plant troubles.

Do you know the names of your other plants that did not live?

Also, the most important ingredient in plantlife is light. without light there would be no plants. you said your tank has no lights? does it receive sunlight?

No its indoor so sunlight very came and other plants are Water Wisteria, Hygrophila polysperma 'Rosanervig' , Hygrophila polysperma , Nesaea sp., Lindernia rotundifolia.
actually at this time i want to know can my Anubias barteri survived in plastic bottle, i will rebuild my planted tank after few months with all possible equipments so far i want to save Anubias barteri i cant keep it in my tank now because i wash out all sand there is no sand and no gravel in my tank

Is it possible that you are burying the rhizome? This may account for the decaying roots.
Yeah but plz explain what kind of thing i use to cover the roots (sand, general gravel used in tank, mud) its live underwater only it leap cant survive outsite of water.

From what I hear, you can grow anubias plants "in water" or "out of water". Here is an article about it: http://aqualandpetsplus.com/Plant, Anubias.htm

I really do agree with coachZ though, you may not be getting enough light to the plant. Also, check that just the roots are planted under the gravel or sand, not the rhizome. The rhizome is really thick green "root-like" part that all the leaves come out of. The rhizome will die when it's buried.

Another option is letting the plant float in the tank. It should continue to grow. I have not tried this, so get another person's opinion about it before trying it.

Good Luck!!!

it doesn't need the roots buried. it just needs to be attatched to something.

Anubias nana is a very slow grower but is almost impossible to destroy. I know it was my very first plant. In that case, just put it somewhere where it can get a little bit of sunlight (not too much) and keep it with some fish. Just feed the fish and change the water occasionally (like once a week). Eventually your anubias nana will start sprouting new leaves. Don't try to force growth through high light, long lighting schedule, and fertilizers. The only thing I might add is a little KCl or salt substittue for KCl which is the only thing that might be lacking from fish food or poop. It doesn't matter if you tie down to rock or wood. It's just to keep it from floating which you can also do if you want.

JUST REMEMBER IT'S A SLOW GROWER. IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBT, LEAVE IT MORE IN A SHADED AREA. IT WON'T DIE FOR LACK OF LIGHT SINCE IT WILL JUST GROW SLOWER.

I've kept one in a tank I neglected for over 8 months. After everything else turned into brown mush and disintegrated it was still there along with my phillipino java fern...
