How are they? How are their products? How is the uncured rock?

ordered rock twice from them.

The first time the rock was great, covered in coralline and all types of critters.

The second time i ordered rock it was all dead. Heck, ive seen dead rock with more life on it. No coralline, no critters, no algae, nothing.

what's the deal with all these companies that have no real concept of maintaining a quality product or level of customer service?

You have one place that gives one person 100# of rock free, then turns around and offers a couple bucks off an order to someone else.

Another place that sells product from a company no longer in business then refuses to RMA it.

Is this the state of the industry, or just a few "freaks" in business?

Both times I ordered the Figi Premium. And no, I didnt complain about it the second time, just decided in the future Id order from somewhere else. They knew what they were shipping to me, as the rock was so dead it had to be dead when it left their warehouse.
