So, Saturday the boyfriend surprised me with a trip to our LFS. Entirely his idea just to browse and come up with a stock list for the 50 gallon tank that's still "in progress". He knows that I was a bit disappointed with the Celestial Pearl Danio group order fell through and jokingly said, "watch, we'll go and they'll only have 4 and you won't want to leave without them!" Well, at the end of the second isle of tanks we walked down we spotted a tag labeled "Pearl Danios" and there were two left!! It was quite obvious that they were male and female! The next thing I knew he was off to get a "bagger"! :grinyes:

Here are some pictures of them while they were drip acclimating. Unfortunately, I didn't have my camera on the right setting so they didn't turn out that great.

They are both doing great and have settled in nicely! They're not even shy! They're all over the place! I think that may be due to the activity of the Endlers and Platties. They're GREAT! I can't wait to get some more!

The stocklist of the 50 is currently looking like:

Hemigrammus rhodostomus (Rummy-nose Tetra)
Nannostomus Espie (Espe's Pencilfish)
Paracheirodon axelrodi (Cardinal Tetra)
Pseudomugil Gertrudae (Gertrudae Rainbow)
Rasbora heteromorpha (Harlequin Rasbora)
Corydora habrosus (Salt & Pepper Cory)
Apistogramma Cacatuoides--likely only one pair.

Next step will be to figure out how many of each can be safely kept without (too much :lipssealedsmilie:) over-stocking. :perv: Well, and get the tank running, of course.
