Sorry to hear and do agree to some extent but will never make progress unless one keeps on trying. Besides, it only has been 2 -3 days. Ive done lot longer for my treasures, some even over yr for recovery. I dont usually give up that easily.
Wondering if main tank lost the power as well??
If this was my fish, I would went much further as this may be only way to learn and possibly prevent further occurences, not just for you but for other hobbyists as I found more images similar to that of what you're experiencing. Dont know if their symptoms appears and disappear on its own but what you may find could benefit many others. Bottom line, it's your call!
Any q/t should be given closer attention than main otherswise it becomes a morgue, at least from my experiences..
I am sure someone probably would have recomended some that one trust. Wait! come to think of it, there maybe a way. Contact Aquavet @ Cornell/U. Penn Veterinary Medicine. I dont know if they will respond back with any useful/helpful info without any actual samples(fish) but may at least give you educated guesses??
I am confident there are other universities with similar/same Grad programs. Perhaps one of many institutions will take a time to respond to your request. Please post if any responds.:tropicalfish: :tropicalfish:
Dont feel discouraged ! How often does fuse blow? As they say, Failure is mother of success!!!!! Well, only if one keep at it and learns from such.
Besides, thx to thread like this, at least it keeps me on my toes or forces me thru reviewing/refreshing what I may have forgotten otherwise never wouldve done.
Darn! Shouldve went into Aqua Vet field when I had the chance but what you gonna do? life goes on:cheers:
Good luck whatever you decide to do!
