heart shaped parrots

i know this is sad. glad to see im not the only one disturbed by it....i uploded the pics here jpeg style for those who had trouble viewing them.

Those fish really are a sad sight, I blame the people who still purchase these things for creating the demand there is for them.
 
I think most of the casual people buying fish do not realize they are not natural. I did not until I read it on this site. There are some really wild looking fish that are natural, so the appearance does not scream, "I have been mutilated!". Ignorance is the driving factor in many of the wrongs today.
 
Best way to help stop this is to not shop at places like Wal-Mart that participate in horrible practices such as these.
 
purist pretty much agree.. the fish itself is not natural.
the blood parrot was bred for a market.
 
ugh, this makes me sick. I cannot believe this is even legal! and if it isn't, someone should bust these disgusting, vile people. These types of things really need to be stopped, and the fact that the stores do not have signs that say: "Genetically altered," "Dyed," and "Painted Tattood" really makes me angry. Next time I visit my LFS, I am going to talk to them just to make sure they are not selling GM fish or Tattood fish.
