Heater device for betta?

what do you guys heat your plastic betta tanks with? i'm worried the heater would damage the critter keeper.

how many gals? they sell small little heaters... i think some as low as 5w.

Yes, i saw a couple different kinds of small heaters at walmart the other day starting at 5 watts, if its a bowl, think about upgrading to a 5 gallon,,,
