Any suggestions for heaters for a 75 gallon tank? I'm considering a Stealth 300, two stealth 150's or 200's or an inline heater. Inline would be nice so they aren't in the tank while on the other hand two would be good in case of a failure. Thanks.

I do two or three on my 75's and 90's. (reliability/failure issue)

One is in line with the cannister on each tank; the other(s) are hidden behind false backs that have equipment for the RUGFs.

I just use two steath's i hide them low behind rocks and hide the wires with plants... works great and temp is always 79-80 no lower or higher :thm:

I went to inline heaters by Hydor on my high light 50 and my 75 gal. I did this about a year ago. I love them and have had no problems. I much prefer inlines to filters with built in features because if i ever have a problem I can just drop in a regular heater w/o having to dismantle the filter.

Thanks for the tips. I think I'll go with a couple of 150 Steatlths for now and maybe add or change to an inline soon if I find the tank cluttered.
