I bought a Jalli JT-200 heater (200 watts) about a year ago for my 75 gallon tank. I had a thermometer on it for a while and took it off after I was comfortable with the new heater. Last week I noticed the temp. was way low during a normal water change and took the temp. , it was 70 degrees.
I unplugged the heater for about 30 minutes then plugged it back in and it didn't kick on at at 80 deg. setting. So far I've cranked it all the way up to 92 deg. and it got my tank to about 76 deg. The outside temp. is about 70 degrees so its not like the tank's in a refrigerator.
I can't find my manual for this thing nor the webpage for them. Any information would be helpful.
