i have a heater at near the tip of the heater is written there " minimum water level".. wat it means? is it that the water level cannot exit the point or it must be above the point..? if is above the point can i put the whole heater in the water... i afraid that it will get electric shock... anyone know???

i am guessing its one of the hang on heaters. basicly what it says. you need to keep the water above that line. you shouldnt put the whole heater in the water unless its submersible heater.
this one's easy. the water level here means thats where the water should be. not lower. having the level lower may cause the heater to over heat and could possibly hurt your fish.

thats a submersible heater. you can put it fully into the water. i think its best to keep it under the water.
