Well, here's the deal. Have a tank full of Barbs that with the intro of new fish are now being given the salt/heat treatment due to Ich. My Pleco however, did not respond well and quickly pulled the old tank out of the basement, set up and got him the heck out of the heated salt water. After a couple of days however I don't see any improvement. (Barbs are much improved and lookin good!) Scoop (as we like to call him) however, still lies outside his shelter on the side of the tank, tail to the top of the water. He doesn't eat from what I know of him. Have I burned him with salt? How do I now treat him for Ich? What have I done? ya know...for 4 years I had little to no problem with a nice bunch of Barbs..then one day....ahhh Poo!

OH man! Sorry to hear about your luck. I would recommend making a post in freshwater topics in the catfish and bottom feeders section. Welcome to AC and I hope you get all the help that you need.
