New to Aquaria Central.
Little bit about myself:
- Live in the East Bay of the SF Bay Area
- Have kept fish my entire life, but have really gotten serious about it in the last 10 years.
- Currently have 100g SW tank, fish with live rock and some soft corals. That's been up and going for about seven years (I think, something like that)
- 90g African cichlid tank (Mbuna). That's been operational for about 18 months. I didn't do anything special and several have spawned. Have a couple generations now.
- Recently set up a 29g subtropical/goldfish tank, under the auspices of "my daughter," but let's be real, it's really for me!
- Would like to start a South American cichlid tank and a planted tank, but I'll have to slowly introduce the idea to the wife. It took me a while to break her down about the goldfish!
Anyway, hope to learn a lot here as well as offer some advice of what I've learned over the years.
