I'm a long time aquarist having had tanks since I was a kid. I've had salt as well as fresh water tanks. Currently rapid-cycling a planted 54 to take all my plants under one roof for, what I hope, is better conditions (aka more lighting power). Hope to learn from all the experience here and keep all the alge away :duh:

It may be a bit before pictures are forthcomming as the tank is just getting it together but I do like the planted look. The plants were orignally from a 20 and 10 gallon (mostly Java ferns). Now that I've got vhos over the top my plant choices can move into the more light greedy types
