Hey....you knew it was Russian.

It means something to the extent of "Have you enlisted yet?", but I just like the way it looks.

Must confess i cheated a bit and looked it up on google but all i could not find was "Вы завербовывали пока?" = ~"Did you recruit meanwhile?" youre traslation makes more sense
