Do these exist? I am currently using the clip on type. I am now feeling like putting something a bit stronger than that on my tank for the plants. Any suggestions or ideas?:help:

i dont know what they have around in japan. if it was my tank i would look for power compact screw in bulbs.

Ah, okay. Yes it is a CF light. But I think it takes only its brand. But I saw a stand by kotobuki that Im might upgrade to in the future.
my best guess the ballast can only use what ever the watt is now. so say its 10watt and you were able to find a 20watt bulb. if you put it in it still only would be 10 watts. maybe if you added another one of them and doubled your light.
it all depends on what your growing. how many wants are over it now and how are your plants doing?
Right now the above lamp (9w) and I added another clip on National Panasonic fluorescent desk light (13w)
