HELP: angel acting srange

I have an angel that just started today swimming with his face pointing towards the top of the water and his stomach appears to be swollen. I have had him for a long time and never have had a problem. All other fish in the tank are acting normal including other angels. this occured after doing a water change today. I hope its okay

Could be a swim bladder infection, I once had an angel act in a similar way, only it would face the floor

Constipation most likely, get some epsom salt, put in a 1/4 cup per 10gal.

stores were closed by the time this occured and it was dead in the am

You can get epsom salt from WalMart and any store like that, its not marketed for fish.
