Help Asap!

no we havent changed the filter cartridge we dont have one. We did clean it out though... but after they all started to die. We did a water change last night and no one died when i woke up so thats a good sign. The tetra has seen better days, his eye burst open .

bad idea. never mess with the filter unless it has some sort of media like carbon in it.
