HELP - betta bloated and floating

Well, he's in a 'quarantine jar' for now and I only have 150+ watt heaters, so im not sure how I would go about this. But im going to feed soon and see how it goes.

EDIT: he just snarfed down a few pre-moistened betta bites like nothings changed :clap:

I'm glad he is eating. I know this is going to sound weird, but I keep my female betta in a jar on top of my fridge. The warmth from the fridge keeps it at almost 78 degree's and keeps her active and healthy. Try it with your jar. I really hope he makes a complete recovery for you.
