HELP!!!!! Botia striata dying??

one of my botia striata looks like he's dying, he's been in one spot for hours now lying on his side or upside down. I can move him to my 10g but I have 6 cardinals in there right now (new additions being quarantined), should I move him there? Not sure what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated.

All my other fish including my 2 other loaches seem to be fine.

chances are he's dieing, moving him at this point would be a waste of time. when he passes take him out of the tank ASAP

yeah, it sounds like he's pretty far along. I've only had one fish recover after it was so far as to have trouble maintaining equilibrium (couldn't stay upright).

The fun part is now figuring out WHY he fell ill in the first place...

well i moved him and the other 2 loaches last sunday from the 10g to the 33g and he was doing the lying on the side and upside down thing then but I thought it just was stress from being caught and moved and now adjusting to a new environment. I didn't really see him while he was in the 10g, he was always hiding, but the few chances I did see him he wasn't acting like he was when i moved him. I probably should have watched him better during the 2 weeks he was being quarantined after I purchased him. I guess that's how you learn.
