HELP: Changing my Clown Loaches and others diet

i gravel vac evey 3-5days, and i will try that dont feed for a few days method and see how it turns out.

And on the gravel vac, is it normal when i stick the hose into the gravel then the hose gets filled with cloudy waterish substance? Cause eveytime i do that the inlet pipe is cloud full of brownish dusty water ish i cant even explain...

All my fishes eat flakes and aglae waffers (but the pl*co hes just too lazy to get it at times) now!

They still dont eat the shrimp pellets tho...

Mine is lazy too - I put a couple of algae wafers into a slice of raw potato every 3rd night (twice a week). Whenever i remove it in the morning most of the potato and all of the wafer have gone. I did this as my shrimp are way more inclined too come out and look for their food than lazy old Fred!
