Help choosing filter

I just bought a 56 gallon tank. Im starting as a Fowler but going to convert to a reef. What's a good filter I should use for that????

If you want an HOB I would go with an AC 110 or a Bio Wheel 400, I have a bio wheel 400 for my 75 gallon, and tonight I am going to order an AC 110. On drsfosterandsmith.com there is a BIG sale on aqua clear filters...
