help!! clown fish

i have a 30 gallon tank and i had 1 clown fish in the tank for about 2 weeks and 4 days ago i got a new clown fish so i could have a pair but my new clown fish is always stright up (face pointing to the top of the tank tail pointing to the bottom of thetank) in the corner of the tank beside my old clown fish. also the new clown does not seem to be eating much sometimes nothing at all he just swims to the food looks at it and swims away.

that's pretty much how my 2 clowns were all the time other than feeding or when a new fish was introduced. they would always be staring straight up in a corner, swimming up falling back down. they did that for 2 years and a few tank moves.
