HELP!! Fish dying

Have a 30 gal, eclipse sys. 2 weeks ago lost yellow tang and coral beauty angel to what looked like ick. Got green x from lfs and treated with that because we have a shrimp. Over the last few days our percula clowns fins deteriorated, seemed to have a few spots, and died.

Our water kept testing ok, but took sample to lfs to make sure. Water quality fine. Now our last fish, a yellow damsel, has bulging eyes, fast resps, loss of color, and a red spot on each side near fin. I can't figure out what it is, but he is hanging out at the bottom, and obviously is going to die.

Anyone know what this could be and how it happened. I plan on keeping the tank free of fish for a few weeks to make sure there are no hosts for any remaining bacteria etc.

Tank has been up and running for 3 months.

Welcome to Aquaria Central! How it happened was you were way overstocked for such a young tank. Plus Tangs should not be kept in anything less than a 75g so the small tank constantly was stressing him causing him to break out with ich. The main problem with young tanks is the water is not stable (there is some fluctuation with minute amounts ammonia, nitrite, pH fluctuation and nitrate) and Angels can not tolerate this which is why the Angel got it and died. As to why the Clown died I don't know but possibly from stress from the Damsel. Clowns and Damsels shouldn't be kept in the same tank unless it is a large tank due to the fact they are relatives and relatives fight. I don't know what is wrong with the damsel without pics so can't really help there but sounds like it might be a water quality problem. What is ammonia, NitrIte, NitrAte, pH, and salinity readings?
