you over looked the raising the fry part. there are at least five holding at a time

all right! I place a peace of bloodworms in around the shallows, but high enough that it would not get washed away. This morning it was all gone! he has enjoyed swiming the underwater caves, breathing normal, and is now a tan color instead of close to black. He has enjoyed playing a game with me. when I look at the tank he is no were to be seen I look away. I look and he is there I look away for 5 seconds, look back and he is gone!! same spot everytime.

I knew he was eating because the food was disappering. I was intreged by the shape of his mouth. I waited on my bed (he's in my room) for about to hours with nothing to do to help pass the time on the stake out than to just sit and wach. He would circlethe area di9ve into the water, do it agin, each time venturing closer to the meal of bloodworms. aftyer 2 hours of siting on my bed I finally witnessed him eat!! he ate half the pile in one bit and took a break. that was enough to satisfy me, but aparently his meal didn't satify him all night as the other half was gone when I woke up.
