I hooked up a new mixture for my co2,with yeast and water....put the hose on to the bubble ladder.....and 1/2 hr later I noticed the tank was so cloudy I couldn't see the fish.....I noticed that the the yeast mixture went up the hose and into the tank.

I did a water change, but its still coudy....is this going to hurt the fish?
Should I get them out??

Please help me...I'm not sure what to do

2 angelfish,6 panda cories,3 gupppies
this is a 47 gallon tank.

Yeast isn't really toxic, you eat it in bread all the time.

If the fish look OK I would just do some more water changes to clear up the water.

i think i'd worry more about the sugar.. how would you like to live in a can of coke... lots of water changes is all you can do

I doubt it'll hurt anything... just added lots of nutrients to the water :) ... maybe an algae bloom in the near future???
