Help! I Got Bugs!

I recently noticed some in my 10g when I went to prune. If you have a lot of plants on the surface of the water, they tend to congregate there. Once I pruned back all the plants that were growing horizontally along the top, my guppies started snacking

The only fish in this tank (20 gallons) is my betta. He needs to start eating! :grinyes:

those springtails 'ain't nothing'
have a looks ee some time at the dust mites and bed creatures let alone the beneficial creature all over your body...lol

I realize they are there, but I cant see them jumping around on me! :rofl:

To the naked eye, they look like tiny tiny dots bouncing.

Hello,
I live in Cleveland too! The Springtails probably came on some plants. I have Hatchets, which would probably make short work of them as they prefer live food.
