I was at the lfs and saw a tank full of large rd/midas. i couldn't take them beating the crap out of each other so rescued two of them. I have no idea if they are male or female but one of them looks alot like a rd and the other looks alot like a midas and they are both around 8 inches. anyway just thought id share a few pics and see if anyone had any guess on sexing, btw my cuban hates them both

what size tank do you have them in and what else do you have with them other than the cuban? i wouldnt try 2 devils and a cuban in any thing under 180 gals but you would still have problems in that tank. if your cuban is smaller than the chances are when they settle in a bit he will get a beating(if not killed).

no worries rus, they are in a 180 and i have a spare 55 laying around if the cuban gets his arse handed to him, btw the cuban has been the aggressor so far, in fact anytime on of the devils gets toward the middle of the tank the cuban charges, no real damage has been done as the devils retreat to the other end of the tank. on a side note it would be cool to have them pair up and have little devils, the cuban would surely need to leave the tank if that happens

just wait until the devils get accustom to the tank. my suggestion is to divide the 180 let the devils each have their own side and put the cuban in the 55 that way no one gets hurt. the bad thing is even though you will watch for any signs of aggresion you may come home to a dead fish or two just out of the blue with no warning.

yeah may have to divide but i hope not, and the larger of the two devils has began to venture into the other side of the tank that is the cuban's. he is one unhappy fish but still no unreasonable amount of aggression, just some flaring and shaking but no lip locking, why cant they all just get along:D
