Help ID these plants please?

Can you guys identify these plants? One looks like green Cabomba but the stem is stiff and its not more fine leaves/needles. The other I'm trying to figure out cause in the center I have 2 long stems that are growing so fast they are out of the tank. There are no leaves on these 2 stems, but at the ends it looks like buds. I was wondering if I could cut these off and plant them, but since I don't know what type of plant it is I am unable to research it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

its not cabomba. I have Cabomba in there and its different. Like I said earlier...its much more fine and the stem is very stiff not like the soft cabomba stems. I don't think thats the second one either. Thanks for trying though...
