Help ID this cory please

acording to wikipedia there are over 100 typs of cory catfish most arent even named so if they were listed as wild cought they culd be any one of those un named cross breeds to me they look halfway between panda and peppered
it wuld probably be esier to get a nother type that you like and they will more than likley school with watever you want to call thoes.

not C. schwartzi (black on dorsal fin, more defined spots rather than blotchy lines). I would say C. agassizii were it not for the smaller spots. could be a hybrid between a C. agassizii and a C. with smaller body spots.

if they realy are wild cought there are HOUNDREDS of unlisted species and there are only alitle over 140 that are listed let alone named
so if that fish realy did come out of some randome river somewhere your better off getting a different kind or if you have a female try breeding

There are four people that I know of that can probably answer your query. Ian Fuller in the U.K. (who I believe invented the first cory), knows more than anyone I can think of. His website CorydorasWorld.com is a must have for cory lovers, and Mr. Fuller is a gem.
Here in the States there are three folks that I would highly recommend. Frank Falcone of Laurel Lake Guppies (coryologist on AquaBid) in N.J., Eric Bodrock of All Odd Ball Pets (also on AquaBid) in Pittsburgh and Steve (Red Kahuna on AquaBid) here in Baltimore. Between them, if there's a cory that they haven't bred I doubt that it's been discovered yet.
